Classes

 

 

We offer a variety of classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 to 35 people depending on the class; so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

Some of the classes offered:

ABS - looking for a great core workout? ABS class guarantees a challenging and efficient workout to target your abdominal, lower back, and hips.

Butts and Guts - this is a muscular fitness workout guaranteed to target your core - abdominals, lower back, hips, gluts, and legs.

Spin and Soul Cycle - indoor cycling is a group exercise class performed on stationary bikes. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. It is truly a fantastic cardiovascular workout. Get prepared for the workout of your life! 

Cardio Circuit Training - i is a fast paced cardio class that include stretching, calisthenics and circuit training.

Step - this class a combination of cardio, toning with light weights, and abs. If you are looking for a great class for overall fitness then this class is for you!

Zumba - we take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
